I love this shake! It's for ANY meal really...Breakfast, Lunch OR Dinner..great for on the go and very satisfying!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups fat free skim or 1% lowfat milk
  • 1 peeled and sliced medium banana, frozen or cold
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract, optional
  • Cinnamon

Directions
  1. In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  3. Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon,
  4. if desired.

I just prepared this recipe on September 18th 2008 at 2:45pm and I must say it is good! I had lunch but was falling asleep while doing my work so I decided to make something to give a satisfying boost of energy and this did it for me! But instead of using the low fat milk I used 2% milk b/c that was all we had in the fridge but it still turned out good! I made some for mom to and she loved it to! I also added honey in it and it topped off the flavor! Very good and healthy for you!
