How to make it

  • In a blender container, combine all ingredients, except cinnamon.
  • Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon,
  • if desired.

    I just prepared this recipe on September 18th 2008 at 2:45pm and I must say it is good! I had lunch but was falling asleep while doing my work so I decided to make something to give a satisfying boost of energy and this did it for me! But instead of using the low fat milk I used 2% milk b/c that was all we had in the fridge but it still turned out good! I made some for mom to and she loved it to! I also added honey in it and it topped off the flavor! Very good and healthy for you!
