Great winter fav, good to make when pumpkin is in season, because it costs next to nothing. Perfect food to curl up on the couch with your doona and watch movies with on a rainy day.

Ingredients
  • 1 Pumpkin
  • 1 Butternut pumpkin
  • 1 Granny smith apple
  • 1 Tub of thickened cream
  • 1 Tea spoon curry powder.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Peal both the pumpkins and the apple, cut them up and put them into a large pot. Cover with water and boil until all are very soft.
  2. Blend until smooth, and then add the cream, curry powder and salt and pepper.
