This casserole is easy to make. Need a quick dish this is the one for you.

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 tin of cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 tub of sour cream
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese
  • ¾ tin of water (from soup tin)

Directions
  1. · Combine everything together,
  2. · place in casserole dish,
  3. · top with corn flakes (crushed)
  4. · Bake at 350° for ¾ hours or until it bubbles
