Ingredients

1 8 oz cream cheese

2 16 oz cans of shoe peg corn

4 jalapenos

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees

Melt all 8 oz of cream cheese on stove top until it's a thick paste

Dice 4 jalapenos (removing seeds obviously)

use a small baking dish and combine melted cream cheese, shoe peg corn and diced jalapenos

Bake for 15-20 mins
