Rocket Salad

It's an amazingly good for you rocket salad. it's pretty strong, but it tastes good good good and your body will love you.
Ingredients
- rocket (however much you like. a seving just for yourself, or a lot for everyone you've ever met.) shopping list
- pine nuts - around a small handful for two people? shopping list
- 2 or 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- olives shopping list
- lemon shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- roast your pine nuts til their goldeny brown.
- slice your garlic, which ever size you like!
- mix the garlic, olives and pine nuts in with your rocket, and drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over it, with maybe a little shake of black pepper if you're up for it.
