It's an amazingly good for you rocket salad. it's pretty strong, but it tastes good good good and your body will love you.

Ingredients
  • rocket (however much you like. a seving just for yourself, or a lot for everyone you've ever met.)
  • pine nuts - around a small handful for two people?
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves
  • olives
  • lemon
  • olive oil
  • pepper

Directions
  1. roast your pine nuts til their goldeny brown.
  2. slice your garlic, which ever size you like!
  3. mix the garlic, olives and pine nuts in with your rocket, and drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over it, with maybe a little shake of black pepper if you're up for it.
