Nice addition to a holiday table or a special dinner. And they are tasty. Hope you like them.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Pistachio nuts, finely chopped
  • 4 ounces Chevre cheese, softened
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Port wine
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 1 (6-inch x 6-inch) piece plastic wrap
  • 1 pound seedless grapes, red or green

Directions
  1. Place Pistachio nuts in a small bowl; set aside.
  2. In a larger bowl mix two cheeses, wine and salt; place 1 teaspoon cheese mixture on plastic wrap; insert grape in center.
  3. Using plastic wrap completely enclose grape in cheese; roll cheese ball in pistachio nuts coating thoroughly.
  4. Repeat this process for each grape; refrigerate until firm; serve on a platter.

These sound good. will have to come up with a substitute for the port wine... can't have any red or purple grapes..but they sound sooooo good
