How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until creamy.
  • Beat in yogurt until smooth.
  • Beat in mashed potatoes, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, & cloves until smooth.
  • Beat in egg & egg white until combined.
  • Spoon sweet potato mixture evenly into crusts (about 1/3 cup per crust).
  • Top each with pecan half (optional).
  • Place on large baking sheet.
  • Bake 30-35 mins or until set and knife inserted into centers comes out clean.
  • Cool 1 hour on wire rack.
  • Chill before serving.
  • Top with dollop of sugar free whipped cream.
