How to make it

  • don't rinse the oysters, leave them in their liquid
  • mix eggs and milk
  • line up three bowls in this order: flour ,egg mix, breadcrumbs
  • heat up oil in pan with enough for oysters to float
  • dip oysters in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
  • fry over medium-high heat until golden and crispy
  • serve with favorite sauce
