St Pauls Fried Oysters

- 2 lbs shelled oysters medium sized shopping list
- 3eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup milk (or buttermilk if preferred) shopping list
- flour (of choice) shopping list
- breadcrumbs shopping list
- spices ( I use salt pepper and paprika) shopping list
- vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- don't rinse the oysters, leave them in their liquid
- mix eggs and milk
- line up three bowls in this order: flour ,egg mix, breadcrumbs
- heat up oil in pan with enough for oysters to float
- dip oysters in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs
- fry over medium-high heat until golden and crispy
- serve with favorite sauce
