Nectarine Cake

- 20 g butter shopping list
- 20 g sugar shopping list
- 8 g vanilla shopping list
- 7 eggs shopping list
- 1 tablespoon rum shopping list
- 100 g almond, finely ground shopping list
- 200 g flour shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 500 g nectarine shopping list
How to make it
- Peal nectarine, and cut into small cubes.
- Stir butter with sugar, add 6 egg yolks and 1 egg, rum, almond, flour and baking soda.
- Beat 6 egg white with a pinch of salt and vanilla and add to the egg yolk mixture.
- Butter and flour a baking form and add pastry.
- Add fruit on top.
- Preheat oven to 180 °C and bake it for 30 minutes.
Unbaked.
