How to make it

  • Peal nectarine, and cut into small cubes.
  • Stir butter with sugar, add 6 egg yolks and 1 egg, rum, almond, flour and baking soda.
  • Beat 6 egg white with a pinch of salt and vanilla and add to the egg yolk mixture.
  • Butter and flour a baking form and add pastry.
  • Add fruit on top.
  • Preheat oven to 180 °C and bake it for 30 minutes.
Unbaked.   Close
