How to make it

  • Fry beef and sausage together then allow to cool.
  • Put oil in bottom of casserole dish.
  • Drain artichokes and separate.
  • Place 1/2 artichokes on oil then 1/2 meat mixture on top of artichokes then 1 sliced egg then 1/2 mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat layer. Beat egg then add parsley and cheese and pour over mixture.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
