Artichoke Beefy Casserole

- 1 can artichoke hearts shopping list
- 1/2 pound ground round shopping list
- 1/2 pound ground sausage shopping list
- 2 hard boiled eggs shopping list
- 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Fry beef and sausage together then allow to cool.
- Put oil in bottom of casserole dish.
- Drain artichokes and separate.
- Place 1/2 artichokes on oil then 1/2 meat mixture on top of artichokes then 1 sliced egg then 1/2 mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layer. Beat egg then add parsley and cheese and pour over mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
