Artichoke Beefy Casserole Recipe
This is the bomb and most teenages would say. LOL. Incredible combination of artichoke, beef and sausage makes this a delight in itself. Add the cheeses in and magic happens. This is awesome. I love it.

Ingredients
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1/2 pound ground round
  • 1/2 pound ground sausage
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 pound mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions
  1. Fry beef and sausage together then allow to cool.
  2. Put oil in bottom of casserole dish.
  3. Drain artichokes and separate.
  4. Place 1/2 artichokes on oil then 1/2 meat mixture on top of artichokes then 1 sliced egg then 1/2 mozzarella cheese.
  5. Repeat layer. Beat egg then add parsley and cheese and pour over mixture.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
