this is a classic chinese food very easy to cook, very light and taste fanstastic

Ingredients
  • 400 grams of pork belly
  • water for boiling
  • for the sauce
  • 2 tbs of minced garlic
  • 1 tbs of finely sliced chilli pepper
  • 1 tbs of finely sliced basil (chinese basil)
  • 1 tbs of finely sliced scallion
  • 4 tbs of soy sauce
  • a little pinch of sugar

Directions
  1. when water boils cook pork until very tender around 40 mins to 1 hour, finely sliced serve with the soy sauce
  2. for the soy sauce, just mix everything together
  3. it may sound very easy but believe me it tastes fantastic

I don't like pork belly cause it's too oily
but I tried this recipe, and I love it
