Chinese Boiled Pork Belly Recipe

Ingredients

400 grams of pork belly

water for boiling

for the sauce

2 tbs of minced garlic

1 tbs of finely sliced chilli pepper

1 tbs of finely sliced basil (chinese basil)

1 tbs of finely sliced scallion

4 tbs of soy sauce

a little pinch of sugar

Directions

when water boils cook pork until very tender around 40 mins to 1 hour, finely sliced serve with the soy sauce

for the soy sauce, just mix everything together

it may sound very easy but believe me it tastes fantastic
