Blackberry Foam In Basket Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Butter muffin forms and put phyllo decorative in it.
  • Beat egg white with sugar, when it is almost beaten add blackberries in small portions and lemon juice.
  • Add blackberry mousse in muffin form.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
