Spinach and Artichoke Dip

- 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained shopping list
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped shopping list
- 1 med. onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 T. fresh garlic, minced shopping list
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 3/4 c. fresh parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 c. cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 c. monterey jack cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 can mushrooms shopping list
- 11/2 c. heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a large deep baking dish. Mix all ingredients (except almonds) well. Place in baking dish and bake for approximately 35 - 45 minutes. Add the slivered almonds to the top of the dip for the last 15 minutes. Serve with bread, tortillas, crackers, or veggies.
