Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Instant oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 4 Tbsp Plain yogurt

Directions
  1. Mix boiling water and oatmeal in blender and let stand ten min
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Pour into glass
  5. enjoy!!
