Baked Mussels in Buttered Garlic and Spices

- 2 lb. mussels, boiled, half shell removed shopping list
- 6 cloves garlic, finely minced shopping list
- 1 sprig parsley, finely minced shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, room temp shopping list
- quick melt cheese, cut into squares shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Boil mussels for 5 minutes or until shells are open. Remove the other half of the shell.
- 2. Melt butter into a sauce pan under low heat.
- 3. Add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
- 4. Arrange the mussels in a baking pan.
- 5. Top each mussel with half teaspoon of the butter mixture and then the quick melt cheese.
- 6. Bake for 5 minutes!
- 7. Enjoy!
