How to make it

  • 1. Boil mussels for 5 minutes or until shells are open. Remove the other half of the shell.
  • 2. Melt butter into a sauce pan under low heat.
  • 3. Add garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • 4. Arrange the mussels in a baking pan.
  • 5. Top each mussel with half teaspoon of the butter mixture and then the quick melt cheese.
  • 6. Bake for 5 minutes!
  • 7. Enjoy!
