How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350, and lightly grease a 2 1/2 quart casserole
  • In a small bowl, combine egg and 1/2 cup of milk
  • In another bowl, pour the breading mix
  • Dip the chicken chunks into the egg and milk mixture and roll in the breading
  • Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chicken until golden brown
  • Place chicken into casserole and add ham and cheese
  • Prepare the soup mix and blend in the remaining milk, stirring well
  • Pour mixture over the ham and cheese
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until bubbly.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes
