How to make it

  • using low heat saute garlic, shallots and ginger until fragant add water
  • turn the heat to medium or high add shrimp
  • add curry poder, corriander powder, salt and pepper, coconut milk stir fry until shrimp is cooked add basil, stirr well and until sauce is thickened, serve
