my japanese friend makes the best japanese omelet, I learn from her and now it become one of my specialty too, ha ha ha ha
Ingredients
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup of chopped mushroom shopping list
- 1 cup of chopped bell pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped bacon shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup of cubed cheese shopping list
- pinch of salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- mix all ingridients
- brush a little oil in a non stick skillet
- pour egg mixture and stirr with a pair chopstick to make the doneness od the egg more even (like making scramble egg)
- when the egg is almost dry, using your chopstick turn all of the egg on one side of your skillet and let it set until it's firm,
- flip to cook the ther side, done
