my japanese friend makes the best japanese omelet, I learn from her and now it become one of my specialty too, ha ha ha ha

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of chopped mushroom
  • 1 cup of chopped bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup of cubed cheese
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions
  1. mix all ingridients
  2. brush a little oil in a non stick skillet
  3. pour egg mixture and stirr with a pair chopstick to make the doneness od the egg more even (like making scramble egg)
  4. when the egg is almost dry, using your chopstick turn all of the egg on one side of your skillet and let it set until it's firm,
  5. flip to cook the ther side, done
