I'm making this tonight, but with thinly sliced steak, because that's what's thawed. I like the sound of it.

This was really good! I made it with steak sliced very thin and it was still very good. Next time I will use less soy sauce, because perhaps mine is too salty and it was pretty salty.
I could see making it with chicken, steak or pork.

Glad to know that you made it and like it,
next time I should try it with sliced steak, great idea, thanks.I usually use sliced pork, and sometimes I add an egg

I have now eaten this SIX times, and still never with chicken. Steak, pork, once even tiny pork ribs, and every time delicious. Once I added bean sprouts, but then you do need more soya.

Wow, I really have to try sprouts in it
I bought some chinese noodles yesterday, I'm cooking it with sprout and pork tonight, thanks
