How to make it

  • Boil the corn with little turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat 1 tsp. of oil and put in the cumin seeds
  • When the cumin seeds start crackling, add ginger garlic paste then add onions.
  • Fry till it turns golden.
  • Add all the masalas.
  • Then add the cut pieces of tomatoes mash it like bhartha cover it and let it cook.
  • Then add the boiled corn. Decorate with coriander mint leaves
  • It can be enjoyed with roti bread or rice
