Ingredients

8 slices white bread (loaf), sides removed

8 slices cheddar cheese

8 slices sweet ham

8 regular size hotdogs

1 cup full cream milk

1 egg

1 pack Japanese bread crumbs

1 cup canola oil

Directions

Lightly flatten the slices of bread with a rolling pin.

Layer the cheese, ham, and hotdog into the bread.

Roll the bread and secure with small sticks. (toothpicks)

Mix full cream milk and egg, beat slightly.

Dip the bread into the milk mixture and roll it into the Japanese bread crumbs.

Fry in low heat until golden brown. Remove sticks after cooking.
