Filet a Trois With Lyon Potatoes

- 1 pork tenderloin shopping list
- 250g whie mushroom shopping list
- 100g black trumpet shopping list
- 100g porcino shopping list
- blackforest ham shopping list
- salt, pepper shopping list
- port wein shopping list
- oil shopping list
- potatoes shopping list
- onion shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Cut tenderloin in half, but not through. Add salt and pepper.
- Chop and fry mushrooms, black trumpet and porcino. Add salt and pepper.
- Fill tenderloin with mushroom mix and wrap in ham.
- Pour oil and port wein in a heat resistent pot and broil for 45 minutes.
- Serve with lyon potatoes.
- Boil potatoes, slice.
- Melt butter and fry cooked potatoes.
- In an another saucepan fry onion, when ready add to the potatos.
