How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 190°C.
  • Cut tenderloin in half, but not through. Add salt and pepper.
  • Chop and fry mushrooms, black trumpet and porcino. Add salt and pepper.
  • Fill tenderloin with mushroom mix and wrap in ham.
  • Pour oil and port wein in a heat resistent pot and broil for 45 minutes.
  • Serve with lyon potatoes.
  • Boil potatoes, slice.
  • Melt butter and fry cooked potatoes.
  • In an another saucepan fry onion, when ready add to the potatos.
