Lyon Potatoes.

Ingredients
  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 250g whie mushroom
  • 100g black trumpet
  • 100g porcino
  • blackforest ham
  • salt, pepper
  • port wein
  • oil
  • potatoes
  • onion
  • butter

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Cut tenderloin in half, but not through. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Chop and fry mushrooms, black trumpet and porcino. Add salt and pepper.
  4. Fill tenderloin with mushroom mix and wrap in ham.
  5. Pour oil and port wein in a heat resistent pot and broil for 45 minutes.
  6. Serve with lyon potatoes.
  7. Boil potatoes, slice.
  8. Melt butter and fry cooked potatoes.
  9. In an another saucepan fry onion, when ready add to the potatos.
