Pancake With Lemon Syrup Recipe

How to make it

  • Separate eggs.
  • Beat egg white with vanilla.
  • Mix egg yolks with flour, sugar and milk. Add beaten egg white.
  • Heat oil and cook pancakes.
  • Heat 10 tablespoons sugar and let it caramelize.
  • Add lemon juice and water.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes.
  • The longer you let it rest the thicker it becomes.
