Pancake With Lemon Syrup

- 5 eggs shopping list
- 500 g flour shopping list
- 600 ml milk shopping list
- 100 g sugar shopping list
- 6 g vanilla shopping list
- oil shopping list
- For the lemon syrup: shopping list
- 10 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 2 and a half lemon shopping list
- 3 tablespoons water shopping list
How to make it
- Separate eggs.
- Beat egg white with vanilla.
- Mix egg yolks with flour, sugar and milk. Add beaten egg white.
- Heat oil and cook pancakes.
- Heat 10 tablespoons sugar and let it caramelize.
- Add lemon juice and water.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes.
- The longer you let it rest the thicker it becomes.
