How to make it
- Whip eggs whites with lemon juice until eggs are stiff.
- In a separate bowl beat yolks with sugar and vanillas until white.
- Add eggs whites to mixture slowly folding in mixture with spoon. This way the air will remain in eggs.
- Preheat oven. Butter and flour a round 28 cm., spring tin and bake for about 45΄ at 180ο.
- My next recipe will be to give you the filling and topping for the cake.
