This is a colorful tasty salad served as a side dish, great for any occassion!

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits drained
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Directions
  1. Combine the above ingredients and serve on a crisp bed of lettuce.
