How to make it

  • Dry sole between paper toweling.
  • Place one slice of salmon and one shrimp on top of each filet.
  • Roll filets jelly roll fashion and fasten with a toothpick.
  • Heat one-half of the butter in a skillet and sauté rolled filets on all sides until brown.
  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Place rolls in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Lightly brown remaining butter.
  • Remove fish from oven and garnish with lemon and tomato slices.
  • Pour browned butter over fish.
