How to make it

  • Chill milk at least 3 hours.
  • Dissolve gelatin in 1-1/2 cups hot water.
  • Chill until thick and beat until fluffy.
  • Add lemon juice and sugar.
  • Beat milk until thick then add first mixture.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 of the crumbs into a rectangular dish.
  • Pour in mix and cover with remaining crumbs.
  • Chill.
