White Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

4 cups milk

2 cups water

8 0z white chocolate, finely chopped

1/2 cup raspberry liqueur

Directions

Place the milk, water and chocolate in a large saucepan.

Bring slowly to a boil, whisking from time to time.

Once the mixture has just come to a boil, lower the heat and simmer gently for 3 minutes.

Let cool for 1 minute, then add the liqueur and serve.
