Ingredients
  • Sweet meat squash
  • butternut squash
  • sliced frozen peaches
  • brown sugar
  • butter
  • nutmeg
  • pumpkin pie spice
  • frozen pie shells
  • eggs
  • heavy cream

Directions
  1. Cut squash into quarters
  2. bake sweet meat and butternut squash in oven at 350 degrees until tender
  3. remove the meat from the skin and put into mixing bowl with butter and brown sugar, aprox 1/2 cup of each per pound of squash.add more or less to taste.
  4. let cool to room temp.
  5. add nutmeg and pumpkin spice to taste.
  6. add 3 eggs per pound of mix
  7. add 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream per pound of mix
  8. add 5 sliced peaches per pound of mix
  9. mix all ingrediant together in large bowl. then pour into pre made pie crusts.
  10. bake in oven at 350 for 25 to 35 minutes.
  11. cool and serve
