Antipasto Kabobs Recipe
So simple and so yummy. Allow enough time for kabobs to marinate 8 hours.

Ingredients
  • 9oz. refrigerated, cheese-filled tortellini; uncooked
  • 14oz. can artichoke hearts; drained & quarted
  • 6oz. can pitted, ripe olives
  • 3.5oz. pkg. pepperoni slices
  • 6" long wooden skewers
  • 8oz. bottle italian salad dressing
  • 8oz. provolone cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1pt. cherry tomoates; halved

Directions
  1. Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain & cool.
  2. Place tortellini, artichoke hearts, olives & pepperoni slices on skewers.
  3. Place skewers in 9x13" dish & drizzle with italian dressing, turning skewers to coat.
  4. Cover & chill 8 hours turning occasionally.
  5. To serve: remove skewers from dressing; add cheese cubes & tomato halves.
