- 9oz. refrigerated, cheese-filled tortellini; uncooked shopping list
- 14oz. can artichoke hearts; drained & quarted shopping list
- 6oz. can pitted, ripe olives shopping list
- 3.5oz. pkg. pepperoni slices shopping list
- 6" long wooden skewers shopping list
- 8oz. bottle Italian salad dressing shopping list
- 8oz. provolone cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes shopping list
- 1pt. cherry tomoates; halved shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare tortellini according to package directions; drain & cool.
- Place tortellini, artichoke hearts, olives & pepperoni slices on skewers.
- Place skewers in 9x13" dish & drizzle with italian dressing, turning skewers to coat.
- Cover & chill 8 hours turning occasionally.
- To serve: remove skewers from dressing; add cheese cubes & tomato halves.
