I haven't caculated the points on this. It's a chocolate lovers delight.

Ingredients
  • 1 container fat-free, sugar-free whipped topping (chocolate if available)
  • 1 small package sugar-free chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 100 calorie packets of Oreo or other chocolate cookies

Directions
  1. Crush cookies
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. reserve some crumbs to decorate top if you wish
  4. place mixture into dessert dishes
  5. chill

I forgot, you can save some of the cookie crumbs or even one cookie for each dessert cup to decorate the top with.
