Linguine with Smoked Salmon and Peas

- 3 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 3 cups bottled clam juice shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel shopping list
- 2 pounds linguine shopping list
- 2 10 ounce packages frozen petite peas shopping list
- 1 1/2 pound thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips shopping list
- 8 tbsp. chopped fresh dill shopping list
- Chopped green onions shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cream, clam juice and 1 1/2 tsp. lemon peel in heavy medium saucepan. Boil until reduced by half, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until almost tender. Add peas and cook until pasta is tender but still al dente and peas are tender, about 2 minutes. Drain pasta and peas. Divide between 2 serving bowls.
- Bring sauce to simmer. Pour over pasta in bowls; toss gently. Add 3/4 pounds of smoked salmon, 3 tbsp. dill and 1/2 tsp. lemon peel to each bowl and toss gently. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide pasta among plates. Garnish with remaining 2 tbsp. dill and green onions and serve.
