How to make it

  • Heat up your chicken soup.
  • Add garlic, ginger, hot pepper.
  • Simmer chicken soup with the lid on for 15 minutes.
  • Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and stir into soup.
  • Add vinegar.
  • Simmer at least 5 minutes more with lid on.
  • If using egg, beat lightly in a bowl, then beat into soup. Cook a few more minutes.
  • Serve with a side of buttered rice.
