Ingredients

2 pounds Canadian back bacon (also called Peameal bacon)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

Directions

Place bacon in a shallow roasting pan.

Combine sugar, mustard and pineapple juice. Spread mixture over bacon.

Bake, uncovered, at 325ºF for 1 hour, basting with the pan juices every 15 minutes.
