Sweet breakfast bacon. Wow. Goes great with scrambled eggs or pancakes.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Canadian back bacon (also called Peameal bacon)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
Directions
- Place bacon in a shallow roasting pan.
- Combine sugar, mustard and pineapple juice. Spread mixture over bacon.
- Bake, uncovered, at 325ºF for 1 hour, basting with the pan juices every 15 minutes.
