This are the leaves I saved from my other dish - Stir Fry Kai Lan Stems.
Not very healthy being deep fried. Just wanted a changed of taste of veggie once a while.
This smells really nice and it's crunchy!

I love kai lan, but I have never tried it deep fried. The only vege I tried deep fried is basil leaves and I love that. :)
