Salsa With Lime Recipe

This salsa is pretty authentic.

Ingredients
- 2 big tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1/2 large lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large jalepeno (deseeded to taste)
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions
- Chop tomatoes, jalepeno, onions and cilantro up by hand into small pieces. Mix together in a bowl.
- Add salt, olive oil and lime juice. Mix throughouly and chill in the refridgerator for about an hour.
- Remix before serving.

I love salsa. I craved it with each pregnancy. The only place I could not get any was in Minot, ND.!! They did not even have a mexican food resturant when I was there. I hear they have a Taco Bell now....still very sad.
