Jens Moms Butter Tarts Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cream butter, add sugar and mix
  • Add well beaten egg (I use 1 large egg), raisins and vanilla
  • Line tart tins with pastry
  • Fill with mixture
  • Bake at 375 for 10 – 12 minutes
  • Makes 1 dozen medium sized tarts.
