Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 or 2 eggs

Directions
  1. Cream butter, add sugar and mix
  2. Add well beaten egg (I use 1 large egg), raisins and vanilla
  3. Line tart tins with pastry
  4. Fill with mixture
  5. Bake at 375 for 10 – 12 minutes
  6. Makes 1 dozen medium sized tarts.
