When we were kids I remember having pasty slice with home made tomato sauce and now my own family love it too. good for picnics and BBQ's

Ingredients
  • 1 kilo mince 2 grated each of Onion Carrots Potatoes. Plenty of Black Pepper Salt to taste ΒΌ grated pumpkin 2 tablespoon each of Worcestershire (Black Sauce) and Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup frozen peas (I take the peas out of the freezer to stand in hot water until ready to add to mixture)

Directions
  1. Lightly smear baking dish with oil the line with pastry
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Then put filling into the lined dish of pastry, sprinkle a little water onto the mixture (helps to keep it moist) and then cover with pastry. Prick pastry with fork to release the steam when cooking
