How to make it

  • Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat.
  • Stir in all ingedients except salt until peanuts are well coated.
  • Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peanuts are warm.
  • Drain over paper towels, sprinkle with salt while warm.
  • Cool completely (be careful - they are hot!)
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
