Great party snack. Simple and quick. Stores well. Make ahead of time.

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 ts salt
  • 2 cups UNSALTED dry roasted peanuts

Directions
  1. Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat.
  2. Stir in all ingedients except salt until peanuts are well coated.
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until peanuts are warm.
  4. Drain over paper towels, sprinkle with salt while warm.
  5. Cool completely (be careful - they are hot!)
  6. Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
