Bulgur Chestnut Patties

- 150g bulgur shopping list
- 2,5 dl bouillon shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- 100 g pea shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 5 tablespoon flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoon cheese shopping list
- 150 g cooked chestnut shopping list
- rosemary shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cook bulgur in bouillon for 10 minutes.
- Rest it for about 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a saucepan, add chopped onion, carrot, pea, chestnut, rosemary, salt, pepper. Add some bouillon and cook till it is reduces.
- Add bulgur, eggs, flour, cheese.
- Form cookies and fry.
