Apple Soup

- 1.5 litres water shopping list
- 200-300g spare ribs or pork shoulder ribs shopping list
- 1 onion, peeled & cut into chunks shopping list
- 4 red apples, cut into pieces shopping list
- 6 red dates shopping list
- salt shopping list
How to make it
- Blanch the pork ribs by putting them in boiling water for a few minutes.
- Boil water in a pot and put in the ribs, onions, apples and red dates.
- Bring to boil again and turn to low heat.
- Simmer for 2 hours (I simmered for about an hour and keep it in thermal cooker for a few more hours).
- Season with salt if required.
