How to make it

  • Blanch the pork ribs by putting them in boiling water for a few minutes.
  • Boil water in a pot and put in the ribs, onions, apples and red dates.
  • Bring to boil again and turn to low heat.
  • Simmer for 2 hours (I simmered for about an hour and keep it in thermal cooker for a few more hours).
  • Season with salt if required.
