This is a very easy, yet very tasty sugar cookie that is great all year long. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions
  1. Cream together powdered sugar, granulated sugar, butter, oil and eggs.
  2. Add flour and dry ingredients then roll into balls and dip in granulated sugar.
  3. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
