- 1 CAN (20-OZ) pineapple chunks shopping list
- 3 TBSP. soy sauce shopping list
- 1 TBSP. cornstarch shopping list
- 1 TSP. white vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 TSP. hot pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 LB boneless pork shopping list
- 2 TBSP. oil shopping list
- 2 LARGE cloves garlic, PRESSED shopping list
- 2 TBSP. minced ginger ROOT shopping list
- 1 onion CUT IN WEDGES shopping list
- 2 MEDIUM carrots, SLIVERED shopping list
- 1 GREEN OR red pepper, SLIVERED shopping list
- 2 CUPS snow peas shopping list
How to make it
- DRAIN PINEAPPLE, RESERVE 3 TBSP. JUICE. MIX RESERVED JUICE WITH 1/2 C WATER, SOY SAUCE, CORNSTARCH, VINEGAR AND PEPPER FLAKES. SET ASIDE.
- CUT PORK IN STRIPS. IN SKILLET, BROWN PORK IN HOT OIL. ADD GARLIC AND GINGER; COOK 1 MIN. ADD ONION AND CARROTS; COOK 1 MINUTE.
- STIR SAUCE; ADD TO SKILLET WITH PINEAPPLE, BELL PEPPER AND SNOW PEAS. COOK UNTIL SAUCE BOILS AND THICKENS.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over rice.
