How to make it

  • Tear the newspaper into strips about 3 inches by 9 inches.
  • Mix wall paper paste and water in a cake pan.
  • Papier-Mache' is done by dipping one strip of paper at a time in the mixture and placing the strips of an object such as a ballon.
  • Drying takes about 2 days.
  • After drying, a stick can be poked through the ballone so seeds can be placed in the ball and attach the handle.
