Try adding an apple to your tuna salad. It's really good. Can be served on toasted wheat bread, crackers, or right out the bowl.

Ingredients
  • 2 cans tuna, drain & flake (I use 1 can in oil & 1 can in water)
  • 1 medium apple, diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, finley chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Mayo
  • Mustard, a dab
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sweet relish
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions
  1. Combine and mix all ingredients in small bowl. You may want more mayo, you may want less. Season to taste. I think the more relish, the better. I like to put mine in the frige for awhile to chill a bit. Enjoy!
