How to make it

  • Combine the oil and pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Add the carrots, celery, green onions and peanuts and cook until the veggies start to soften.
  • Add the Hoisin sauce and heat through.
  • Serve over 1 C. brown rice per person.
