How to make it

  • Blend the carrots, blend the pineapple seperately.
  • Mix the porridge oats, the bran flakes, half a pint of milk and leave to soak for ten minutes.
  • Add the pineapple and carrot and the egg whites and the splenda to taste, the cinnamon and then mix it all together.
  • Put it in a 8 inch round cake tin sprayed with fry light and bake for an hour.
  • To make the topping mix all ingredients together , reserving half the orange zest to sprinkle on top.
