This is incredible. I got this recipe from my mother in law who made this often when we were coming to dinner. It is creamy and bursting with cream cheese and chocoate flavors. Fantastic

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 9 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 9 ounce container whipped topping thawed
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup miniature milk chocolate chips

Directions
  1. Beat together flour, butter and pecans then pat into rectangular baking dish.
  2. Spread whipped topping over crust.
  3. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar and spread over whipped topping.
  4. Mix pudding, milk and vanilla over cream cheese layer.
  5. Spread cool whip over pudding mixture then sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips.
  6. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
