Ingredients
  • 1 store bought pound cake cut into cubes
  • 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • milk as required
  • 1/4 cup Sherry (totally optional) I make mine without
  • 1 large container cool whip
  • 1 capful vanilla
  • Shaved chocolate
  • mint springs to garnish

Directions
  1. Prepare pudding as directed allow time to thicken
  2. Fold half the conainer of cool whip into the pudding to create a mouse
  3. Transfer mouse into a storage bag and cut a small whole in the end
  4. Make a design on the bottom of trifle bowl (only a little)
  5. Cut up pound cake into on inch cubes and place into dish
  6. Layer mouse over pound cake
  7. Add one cap full of vanilla to the remaining cool whip
  8. Spoon over mouse (use bag step again for detail)
  9. Top with shaved chocolate and garnish with mint springs
