How to make it

  • in medium heat saute shallot with lard until fragant
  • when water boils put noodles , stir, cook until boils again
  • add 1/2 cup of cold water, when it boils again add another 1/2 cup of cold water, when it boils again, drain
  • mix noodles with shallot and lard mixture, garnish with scallion
  • ps: chinese long life noodles are very salty so you don't need to use salt in this recipe

    I know that lard is bad, but I wouldn't use butter, it's better to use olive oil
